365 Travel conducts the training seminars for tour guides in Vietnam

Our objectives on this program are to check on the tour guides’ command of the German / English language, develop the guides’ communicative and social skills, enhance their ability to act and react appropriately in difficult situations, and improve the tour guides’ didactic and methodical tools in lectures and guiding. The seminars are exclusively for experienced tour guides.

Each of the six seminars at three locations lasts two days, including a half-day of practical exercises in some famous places. Lectures are given by Mr. Johann Rosskopf – Founder of TINTKO; trainer, consultant, lecturer with over 20 years of experience in touristic management. TINTKO has trained many big DMCs such as Studiosus, TUI, GeBeCo, Thomas Cook ….

Moreover, the training program also has practical role plays, workshops and individual feedback talks. At the end of the seminar, each guide is evaluated and certificated.

The results of the seminar help us fulfill our criteria of tour guide management and improve our services based on suggestions, for better serve our clients. We do hope that each tour guide will become a tourism ambassador, introducing the beauty of the country, the Vietnamese people to friends in the globe in a professional way.
