Traveling is life enrichment and I feel so blessed being in the business of enriching people’s lives. As 365 Travel's Deputy General Manager, a major part of my role as is to ensure the most enjoyable traveler experience possible through creative product design and systematic service refinement. My other responsibilities include strategic planning, staff training, company branding, partnership development and communications. I believe in continuous improvement being the key to success and quality. Therefore, happy smiles on our customers’ faces not only tell us that we have done things right but also remind us that we can and should do even better. For me every day at work interacting with my energetic team is a new inspiration which keeps me going forward with initiatives. I am on an inner quest of knowing myself through meditation. Being in nature, fishing by the sea and practicing photography have long been my personal hobbies.
