Welcome on board Le Cochinchine, the midrange ship provides modern and well-furnished accommodation.  The junk features spacious sundeck for panoramic views of Mekong Delta, myriad activities ashore such as biking through countryside roads, visiting floating market, handicraft village, fruit orchards so guests can truly feel the allure of the region. Plus the personalized care by the staff, the ship show you how a truly Vietnam vacation is supposed to be!

The boats

We have three boats named Le Cochinchine No.1, no.2 & no.3 respectively. Le Cochinchine 2 makes a good representation for all. It is a modern and tastefully designed river boat. Built in traditional style, Le Cochinchine 2 measures around 30 meters long from bow to stern and has two 420 HP engines, making it a very powerful and safe river vessel.

The cabins

Le Cochinchine offers a unique and fulfilling way to explore endless waterway of Mekong River. All our cabins are equipped with clean private toilet, hot water and air-conditioner. Le Cochinchine boats also have spacious sun desks for guests to relax and savor panoramic views of Mekong Delta.

Onboard experience 

Especially, Le Cochinchine brings its guests into close contact with local people from every corner of the delta. With Le Cochinchine, you will have ample opportunity to see Mekong Delta in its authenticity, bike around quaint villages and sample local food, all in an unforgettable vacation. Onboard information

For your safety and comfort, we are operating a strict non-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is allowed in outside areas only, eg the Sundeck Safety instruction signs are available in all cabins and public areas. Life jackets are kept in your wardrobe and also in main public areas. In case of emergency, each passenger is requested to proceed at once to the muster stations indicated with signs and await instructions.
Le Cochinchine Cruise is equipped with 220 volt electricity, with European and American standard sockets. Other types of electrical adaptors are available upon request.
Bottled water is provided in all cabins daily. The ship also brings along enough city water for daily use during the entire trip.

·         05 private cabins with toilet and air-conditioning inside (5 family cabin, with twin beds, 3pax per cabin, max. 15pax).
 *LE COCHINCHINE-2:
·         12 private cabins with toilet and air-conditioning inside (8 twin, 2 double, 2 family cabin, max. 24pax +  more 4pax in the case 4pax accepted to stay in each family cabin).
 *LE COCHINCHINE-3:
14 private cabins with toilet and air-conditioning inside (8 twin, 4 double, 2 family cabin, max. 28pax based on twin share + more 4pax in the case 4pax accepted to stay in each family cabin).

Restaurant

The Le Cochinchine Restaurant brings you delicious meals with all local delicacies: deep-fried elephant-ear fish, crispy spring rolls, fish grilled in banana leaf, squid, crab or scallop with cream sauce, sweet-sour soup with sesbania flower, etc. All will please your taste. 
Day 1: Can Tho – Tra On – Vinh Long (Meals: L,D)
12h00pm boarding Le Cochinchine boat. Enjoy welcome drink. Continue our cruise toward Tra On via Vinh Long, a nice and quiet town overlooking Mekong river. 
Lunch on board.
After lunch disembark then a pleasant walk on the footpaths of the countryside to discover tropical fruit orchards and the local people's activities, especially somes orchards (orange grove) with its famer and sample various tropical fruits in Xuan Hiep – Vinh Long.
Back to our boat for a cruise downstream. Relax on boat while sipping an aperitif. 
Dinner and overnight on board in Quoi An - Mang Thit – Vinh Long.
Day 2: Vinh Long – My Thuan - Sa Dec (Meals: B,L,D)
Breakfast on board on the Mekong. 
Up to river tide, disembark and make a pleasant walking or biking on the footpaths of the countryside to discover tropical fruit orchards and the local people's activities, especially somes orchards (orange grove) with its famer in Quoi An – Mang Thit – Vinh Long. 
Lunch served on board.
Continue our cruise toward Sa Dec. 
Visit the lively Sa Dec food market and primary school headed by Magueritte Duras. Walks along the village path and get yourself acquaintance with rural activities as farmers farm their fields: rice fields, and vegetable farms, fish farms. 
Dinner and night on board in My Thuan or Cai Thia, up to river tide.
Day 3: Sa Dec – Cai Be (Meals: B)
Breakfast on board. 
In the morning, the noise of the floating market wake you up, visit the daily life of the local people who live on both sides of the Mekong river, breakfast on board.
After breakfast, check out luggages to small motor boat to explore the lively Cai Be floating market in the morning.
Walking for visit a handicraft village of the local people then sightseeing the old house and sample various tropical fruits.
Continue boat trip to Mekong Lodge – an eco-resort Mekong Lodge includes more than 40 private pretty bungalows and River View Restaurant, stretched in an area of more than 10.000 m2 lays just beside the Tien River.
Visit Mekong Lodge and walking around this area to see local people who are doing daily activities.
10h00am: disembark then get back the car for Saigon or another destination.
